Step:

  1. Mix sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla

  2. Sift dry products together im a separate bowl. Then gradually add to margarine and sugar mixture, stirring in till combined

  3. Spread into well greased 20 x 20 tray

  4. Bake in 180C oven for 20-30mins or until pulling away from sides of pan

  5. Remove and allow to cool. When cool add a dusting of icing sugar

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup cocoa
  4. 2/3 cup plain flour
  5. 1/2 cup margarine
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1 icing sugar
