Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° .

  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to box. Meanwhile in a large bowl. Combine the eggs , cheeses, spinach, salt , pepper.and nutmeg.

  3. Drain noodles. Spread 1/3 cup cheese mixture over noodles. Carefully roll up.

  4. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sause into ungreased. 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan Place roll ups seam side down

  5. Top with remaining sause. I added cheese in top.

  6. Bake uncovered, at 375 ° . For 20-25 min. Or until heated through.

Ingredients

  1. 12 lasagna noodles
  2. 2 eggs- lightly beaten
  3. 2 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  4. 2 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (10 oz)
  5. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  6. 1 pk. (10 oz ) frozen chopped spinach , thawed and squezzed dry
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  9. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  10. 1 jar 26 oz. meatless spaghetti sause
