Avocado Egg Salad / Mayonaise Free

HARD BOILED EGGS

put eggs into pot with wayer then bring it to a boil then simmer for full 8 minute and drain in runny water then removed egg shell

AVOCADO PASTE

mash avocado and stir till smooth and fine set aside

EGG

separate egg yolk and use fork gently crush it i to crumbs set aside

AVOCADO EGG SALAD

cut egg whites in to chunk and mix mash avocado paste and season with dash of salt and top parsley

SERVE AS IT IS AVOCADO EGG SALAD TOP EGG YOLK AND PARSLEY
