cut the chicken into bite sized pieces mix all the marinade ingredients into one container put chicken into ziploc bag pour marinade on top zip bag closed mix all over covering all the chicken
leave in bag with marinade for at least one hour add chicken to flour
shake off excess flour deep fry set to paper towel to soak excess oil
for the sauce add to a wok or pot the 2 quarts of oj add soy sauce salt sugar zest add cornstarch and quarter cup of oj mix add to boiling 2 quarts of oj it will thicken add orange extract boil 3 minutes stirring occasionally add chicken serve and enjoy
