Step:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt cake pan.

  2. Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour evenly into pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate. Remove pan; cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

  2. 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
  3. 1 cup soy milk (or any milk you prefer)
  4. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  5. 4 egg whites
