pour heavy cream into bowl

with a hand electric mixer start whipping cream , no mixer put into a clean jar and shake, or whisk by hand add water whip it till it turns solid this is your butter you can add salt or leave unsalted if salt , add to your taste

drain liquid this is your butter milk
