Step:

  2. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip tip of sticks into melted chocolate. Place 1 extra large marshmallow on to stick, dip marshmallow at least half way add decorations. Place into something to hold up lollipops. Place in refrigerator to harden chocolate. ENJOY!!

  2. 1 packages chocolate chips
  3. 1 Halloween candy decorations
  4. 1 lollipop sticks
