Step:

  1. melt butter in 2 quart sauce pan over medium heat

  2. add garlic and cream cheese, stir until smooth

  3. add half the milk and parmasan cheese, stir

  4. add the tomato sauce and herbs, stir

  5. add remaining milk, simmer on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring continuously

  6. serve over your favorite pasta

  7. enjoy
