Step:

  1. In large crock pot place chuck roast in bottom

  2. Next add French onion soup mix evenly over roast

  3. Add in onions and peppers

  4. Top with cream of mushroom soup

  5. Let cook on high 3 hours add in can of chicken broth

  6. Keep cooking on high for another 2 hours. Melts in your mouth!!

  2. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 large red onion diced
  4. 1 green pepper diced
  5. 1 envelope french onion soup mix
  6. 1 can chicken broth
