Step:

  1. warm tortillas in pan, this will make them easy to fold

  2. spread 1 tablespoon sour cream on each tortilla

  3. spread 1/8 of chicken on half tortilla

  5. top with cheese

  6. fold over, heat on medium for 3 minutes

  7. flip over, heat for additional 3 minutes until cheese is melted

  8. cut into halfs or thirds

  9. serve immediately while hot.
