Step:

  1. Crispy bacon

  2. Bake bacon on parchment paper then cover top with another parchment paper at 200 C for 15 minute

  3. Blanch noodle

  4. Bring water in pot to a boil the simmer for 2 minute untill instant noodle is cook then drain

  5. Fried instant noodle

  6. In pan with bacon greese add all sauce and mix well with noodle till evenly coated then add cooked crispy bacon fry for 1 minute till almost dry then serve

  1. 4 packages instant noodle only
  2. 4 slice thinly slice smoke bacon
  3. 1 tsp bacon greese
  4. 1 tsp sesame oil
  5. sauce
  6. 4 tbsp peri peri sauce
  7. 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 1 tsp oyster sauce
