  1. place all ingredients in a small frying pan.

  4. hint: you may add other veggies such as green pepper, red pepper, peas to the mix. also can be served tossed with rice.

  1. 1 can whole kernel sweet corn (15oz) drained
  2. 1/2 tsp paprika
  3. 3 dash garlic powder
  4. 2 dash red pepper flakes
  5. 2 dash onion powder
  6. 1 dash ground cumin
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. 1 salt and pepper to taste
