Step:

  1. Open cat food and empty onto serving dish.

  2. Use a paper towel to pat up any excess "juice", leaving cat food in a round shape.

  3. Spoon mashed potatoes over cat food and sprinkle very lightly with catnip if desired.

  4. Arrange cat treats on top of the "cake".

  5. Serve.

  3. 7 or more tiny purchased cat treats
  4. 1 dried catnip (from the pet store) or fresh catnip, finely snipped (optional)
