Step:

  1. With oil brown and fry potato for about 1 minute with cover lid then uncover lid and fry potato for another for 2minute

  3. Mix well potato with sauce in low heat till sauce dry up

  4. 2 tbsp dark sauce
  5. 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. garnish
  9. 1 green apple
  10. 2 star anise
  11. 5 clove
  12. 1 cinnamon stick
  13. 3 garlic
