Step:

  1. Put the strawberries, honey and a small amount of milk in a blender.

  2. Cover and puree until almost smooth.

  3. Add the remaining milk and the ice cream, vanilla and cinnamon.

  4. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  5. Divide between 2 large glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.

  6. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  2. 1 tbsp honey
  3. 2 cup cold milk
  4. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ( I use extra)
  6. 1 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
  7. 2 whole strawberries for garnish (optional)
