  1. Break 3 eggs onto a bowl then add seasoning and green bean and mix well ( optional add on fine dice red chili pepper here )

  4. Serve with green bean mini omellette with a dash of fish sauce or light soy sauce

  5. OPTIONAL GARNISH 1
  6. 1 bunch lettuce coral salad
  7. 1 dash fish sauce or light soy sauce
  8. OPTIONAL ADD ON 1
  9. 1 medium deseeded fine dice red chili pepper OPTIONAL
  10. GARNISH
  11. 3 tbsp heinz tomato and chili sauce mix
