Step:

  1. get a frying pan. remove chorizo from casing, chop and fry.

  2. add all other ingredients including eggs. continue to mix with spatula so the eggs don't fry. scramble until all are firm. use flour or corn tortilla. garnish with cilantro.

  2. 1/2 onion
  3. 1 small hot pepper (jalapeo)
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 dash hot sauce (your choice)
  6. 1/2 fresh cactus (optional)
