Step:

  1. For the honey peach sauce ...mix all ingredient and blend till smooth set aside

  2. FOR SALMON broil salmon skin up for 20 minute then turn over

  3. broil for 10 minute then baste with peach sauce and add peach at the side on broil for 5 minute

  4. top glazing on salmon and broil for another 5 minutes then serve

Ingredients

  1. SALMON OPTION
  2. 1 salmon fish head or salmon fillet
  3. HONEY PEACH SAUCE
  4. 3 tbsp honey
  5. 1/2 tbsp mustard powder
  6. 1 tbsp orange juice
  7. 1 tbsp melted butter
  8. 1 dash white pepper
  9. 1 can peach slice
  10. glazing
  11. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  12. 1 tbsp orange zest
  13. 1 tbsp ginger powder
