Step:

  2. Add rest of ingredients. Blend with mixer until well blended.

  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  4. Grease 2 bread pans.

  5. Bake for 45-48 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Refrigerate when cool.
