Step:

  1. Slice the onions very finely into rings.Separate each ring,place on a place and sprinkle with salt, leave for fifteen minutes.

  2. Chop the nuts very finely,grate the potatoes.Add onions, nuts,egg and flour and season with salt and pepper.Mix well

  3. Heat 2 spoonfull of oil for each 3 rösti. Add the mixture with a tablespoon and flatten each rösti.Fry for 4-5Minutes from each side until golden brown.

  4. Serve three Rösti,three slices of salmon,a tablespoon of creme fraiche and caviar

  4. 500 grams potatoes
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 pinch black pepper
  7. 8 tsp cooking oil
  8. 12 slice,good smoked salmon
  9. 100 grams creme fraiche
  10. 4 tbsp plain flour
  11. 80 grams caviar
