Step:

  1. Cook bacon in the oven 190 C for 7-8 minutes.

  2. Mix dry ingredients - flour, cheese, bacon and salt pepper

  3. Mix wet ingriedients - milk, yoghurt and egg

  4. Put together wet ingredients into dry ingredients. don't over mix it and put in muffin tin.

  1. 250 g self raising flour
  2. 150 g tasty cheddar cheese
  3. 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  4. 200 g rashed bacon sliced
  5. 100 ml greek yoghurt
  6. 125 ml milk
  7. 2 eggs
