Step:

  1. Boil the noodles in salty water and 2 tablespoons of extra Virgin olive oil. When pasta is done drain saving 1 cup of pasta water, and set aside.

  2. Break the ground beef up into tiny bits. Add chili spices, garlic, beef, and bay leaf and add to water and boil.

  3. After you boil 15-20 minutes bring to a simmer add tomato paste and blend in.

  4. Simmer for about an hour. If to thick add a little of the pasta water to thin it out. If not discard the pasta water for it will no longer be needed

  5. Add pasta to a plate. Then add oyster crackers to top of pasta then the chili.

  6. Add cheese and onions to the very top in whichever order you wish.

  8. Spaghetti noodles is traditionally the pasta of choice. I chose Linguine because if the rest is right then the almost is correct!

  9. Three different ways to serve this. 1st on my favorite food Hotdogs.

  10. 2nd over pasta, traditionally spaghetti noodles.

  11. 3rd over kidney /chili beans in a bowl. Either way you like will be delicious.


Ingredients

  1. Noodles---------
  2. 1 pound spaghetti noodles, I used Linguine
  3. As needed salty water to boil noodles
  4. 2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil
  5. Chili------------
  6. 1-1/4 pound ground chuck
  7. 2-3 leaf Bay leaves
  8. 1-1/2 cup water
  9. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  13. 1 teaspoon minced garlic heaping
  14. 1 teaspoon salt more to taste
  15. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
  16. 12 ounce tomato paste
  17. 1/4 teaspoon ground chili powder
  18. Toppings
  19. To taste diced onion
  20. 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  21. As needed Oyster crackers
