Step:

  1. Add warm water, instant yeast, and sugar to the bread maker. Wait about 5-10 minutes until it bubbles.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients according to the list, one by one.

  3. Use "kneading and proofing" setting. (It will take about an hour or so)

  4. Flatten the dough in a surface covered with flour. Form dough into balls and put them in well-greased mold or casserole dish.

  5. Cover the balled dough with moist tablecloth and proof for about 45 minutes.

  6. Heat the oven (175 Celcius degrees). Put the buns into the oven. It takes about 10 minutes in my oven, but check from time to time. The buns are done when the color is golden with a hint of brown.

  7. Remove the buns from the mold and put on a wire rack to cool.

  1. 150 ml warm water
  2. 1 tbsp instant yeast
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  6. 3 cups flour (high protein content)
  7. 1 tbsp powdered milk
  8. 1 pinch salt
  9. 1 tbsp butter
