Step:

  1. Sauté the onion in the oil, finely chopped, and the zucchinis cut into round slices.

  2. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and let them cook well. 

  3. Beat the eggs and pour them over the mixture. Stir and let them cook for a while.
