Mix all the ingredients (apart from the egg white and the icing sugar) using a food mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Roll the dough with a rolling pin, cut it using dough cutters in various designs.

Put them on a greaseproof paper or a silicone baking sheet placed on a baking tray and bake them in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

To make the icing, beat the egg white with the icing sugar using a whisk and you may even add some food coloring, if you like. Glaze the biscuits with a brush.
