Aunt's secret cheese pie recipe

Mix all the ingredients together except the breadcumbs.

The butter should be at room temperature and the feta cheese crumbled by hand as coarse or as fine as you prefer.

Brush a pyrex baking tray with butter and spread the breadcrumbs.

Pour the mixture in the pyrex baking tray and sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180°C.

It is served either hot or cold.
