Step:

  1. Sauté the onion in the oil.

  2. Add the vegetables, the salt and pepper, the dill and a cup of water.

  3. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat with the lid on.

  4. Add the cod fillets and boil for an additional 15 minutes with the lid on.

  5. Beat the egg with the lemon gradually adding the stock from the pot little by little to temper it, then pour it in the pot, shake it to distribute it evenly and remove from heat.

  1. 4 cod fillets (I used frozen)
  2. 1 dry onion, finely chopped
  3. juice of 1 large lemon
  4. 1 cup green peas
  5. 2 potatoes cut in wedges
  6. 2 large carrots cut in thick round slices
  7. 1 egg
  8. 5 tbsp dill
  9. salt
  10. pepper
  11. olive oil
