Step:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a thick batter.

  2. Brush your muffin tin with oil or use mufiin cups and sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.

  3. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of the batter into each cup and bake at 180°C until the top is golden brown (about 50 minutes depending on the oven).

  2. 150 g strained yogurt
  3. 2 eggs, beaten
  4. 1/2 cup corn oil
  5. 1 cup self rising flour
  6. 150 g grated feta cheese
  7. salt (a little)
  8. 1-2 tsp spearmint and parsley
