The best strawberry granita

Clean and wash the strawberries. 

Blend them in a food processor. 

Place them in a bowl, add the sugar, the lemon juice, the vanilla and mix. 

Beat the egg white in another bowl until it forms stiff peaks and add it to the strawberry mixture. 

Fold in lightly. 

Place in the freezer and serve when it freezes!!
