Step:

  1. Soak the bread in a little red wine, leave it for 1-2' and squeeze to strain.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl (the bread as well) and knead well until they are incorporated thoroughly.

  3. Take a little of the mixture, form burgers that are equal in size and place them in the Dutch oven.

  4. Place the tomatoes, the spices, the water and a little oil in a bowl and mix.

  5. Pour the sauce over the burgers, add the herb stock cubes and bake in a preheated ove at 200°C for 25'. 

  6. After the 25' have passed, add the orzo and 1 cup of water and stir during the baking process so that the food doesn't stick to the bottom.

  7. The food is ready when the orzo is cooked and fluffy.

  1. 250 g orzo
  2. 1 cup water
  3. For the burgers
  4. 500 g ground beef
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 2-3 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
  7. 1 egg
  8. 3 thick slices of stale bread (crustless)
  9. salt
  10. pepper
  11. paprika
  12. fresh spearmint, finely chopped
  13. red wine
  14. For the sauce
  15. 3 tomatoes, grated
  16. 2 herb stock cubes
  17. salt
  18. pepper
  19. sugar
  20. oil
  21. 1 cup water
