Step:

  1. Boil the giant beans in a pressure cooker for 30' minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, blend the tomatoes, sugar, garlic and onions in a blender and when you have a mixture of smooth consistency add it to the pot together with the tomato sauce, the parsley, the carrots, the salt, the pepper, the bay leaves and the olive oil.

  3. When the beans have boiled place them in a Dutch oven and add a cup of the water that they have boiled in.

  4. Add the sauce that you have already prepared to the Dutch oven and mix.

  5. Put the lid on and bake for 1 1/2 hour at 160°C. Remove the lid for the last 10' of baking and add the breadcrumbs.
