Step:

  1. Place the white wine, the thyme and the bay leaves in a bowl.

  2. Add the pork ribs to the marinade and set aside for about 1 hour.

  3. When you remove them from the wine, place them on absorbent paper to drain (like you would do with french fries).

  4. Cook on the grill. Turn them after 10 minutes so they are well done on both sides.

  5. They take about 20-25' to cook.

  5. white wine (as much as it takes)
