Sujuk pie

Butter a pyrex tray and line it with one sheet of puff pastry. 

Then, add the tomato mixed with the ketchup as well as the peppers.

Spread the sujuk slices and cover with the kaseri. 

 Cover the pie with the second puff pastry sheet and poke a few holes using a toothpick.

 Finally, beat the egg yolk with a bit of water in a bowl and brush the pie.
