Step:

  1. Clean the leeks, wash and chop them finely.

  2. Place them in a shallow pot with a bit of water and sauté. 

  3. Put the oil in a frying pan and chop the onion finely.

  4. Add the ground beef, let it brown, add the leeks, salt and pepper. 

  5. Stir and leave it over low heat for 5 minutes. 

  6. Put the flour, oil, vinegar and 1 tsp salt in a bowl. 

  7. Knead starting with one glass of water and keep adding until you have a pliable dough. 

  8. Separate into 6 balls.

  9. Sprinkle them with flour and roll out 6 sheets.

  10. Oil the baking pan and lay the first three sheets, oiling them using half olive oil and half sunflower oil. 

  11. Spread the filling and cover with the 3 remaining sheets. 

  12. Oil the last one on the top as well. 

  13. Score the pie and bake in a preheated oven for an hour at 180 degrees.

  3. 1/2 cups olive oil 
  4. 2 tbsp vinegar 
  5. As much water as it takes
  6. For the filling
  7. 700 g ground beef
  8. 3 leeks
  9. 1 onion 
  10. salt, pepper 
  11. 1/2 cups olive oil
