Step:

  1. Make dressing: whisk together honey, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. set aside

  2. Rinse and drain beets and dice apple.

  3. Toss beet and apple slices with dressing, coat well. top with parsley

  4. 2 cans sliced beets (not marinated)
  5. 1 fuji apple, unpeeled and diced
  6. 1 tsp italian parsley, chopped
