Step:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a paper bag and all the wet ingredients in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet and dry ingredients and whisk.

  3. When you attain a fine mixture with no flour or bubbles its ready.

  4. Preheat your oven at 180° for 20mims

  5. Spread butter in your baking pan and cover with a bit of flour.

  6. Add your mixture into the pan and set it at the middle of the oven. Cook for about 30mins before the first check.

  7. Dip a knife at the center to check whether the cake is cooked all through. Its ready when the knife comes out clean.

  8. For the icing I melted my dark chocolate and added a spoon full of butter to it. I covered the whole cake with dark chocolate.

  9. I melted the white chocolate on a flat surface on a foil paper and let it solidify to form a nice round chocolate plate.

  10. I placed the white chocolate onto the cake then using the dark chocolate formed the dripping sides. I then added chocolate shavings to the wet drip to decorate.

  11. I then used the remaining dark chocolate to write the name on the white surface.
