Step:

  1. Separate the eggs.

  2. Beat egg white and sugar until soft peak.

  7. Switch off the heat. Let it be 1 minutes in the steamer and remove it out. Let it cool down before unmold it.

  8. Unmold it and steamed sponge cake is ready.
