Step:
Firstly roast the almonds and cashews separately in a pan till they get slightly browned.
In a dry grinder add the chopped dates, figs, raisins, almonds, desiccated coconut and elaichi powder.
Add the roasted cashews.
Grind to a roughly coarse mixture and spread on a tray or plate or take out the mixture in a bowl.
Make walnut size balls with your greased palms and the dry fruit laddoos are ready.
Serve the dry fruits laddoo immediately or store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
My tip Dry fruit laddoos stay good for 2 weeks so very apt for gifting purpose.
