Step:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Brown the ground beef with mushroom mixture.

  5. Let cook simmering for 6 minutes add in the grated parmesan cheese.

  6. Add the sour cream. Add water.

  7. Mix well smoothing out the top. Add the parmesan cheese for topping with crushed croutons. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

  3. 2-3/4 pound ground beef
  4. 5 ounces croutons your favorite crushed
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  7. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  8. 8 ounces sour cream
  9. 1 cup water
  10. toppings----------
  11. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  12. 1/2 cup crushed croutons additional for topping
