Sweet pumpkin with cooking cream

Add 2 Ts suger to pumpkin after cleaning it.

Put in oven bag make whole in the bag.

Prepare the dish add the saffron with cardamom seed.

Add nut, rasin and mix them with the cinnamon and vanilla.

Add the pumpkin with 1 Ts suger mix all together and the caramel suger in the oven.

Add some saffron on the top then the cooking cream until cover it.

Put in oven in the 180 until it trun red or for 1hr.

Decorat with pastashio before you get out.
