Step:
MARINADE: marinade the Beef with Fish Sauce for 30 minutes or more.
STIR FRY: heat 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil until hot. Fry the Paste until the oil separates. Then add the Beef and mix well. When the Beef has turned color, add the Sauces and mix well. Then turn off the heat.
BASIL: add the Basil and mix well. The Basil will wilt from the residual heat. Serve with Cooked Rice and Fried Egg.

400 g Beef or Chicken (grounded, minced or diced)
100 g Basil Leaves
[Marinade]
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
[Paste] - blend or pounded
10-20 g Bird's Eye Chilli
20 g Garlic
40 g Shallots
[Sauce]
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
Optional, 2 tsp Palm Sugar
