Step:
Heat some oil in the pan and add the cumin seeds
A minute later add the onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste and sauté until the onions are soft
Next add the tomatoes and the masala powders
Add a little water and let this cook for a couple of minutes
Spinach cooks realllly fast, so add that and let it wilt slightly
Add the beans and cook until the spinach is fully cooked
Add some salt and bit more water if needed
Also if you need to add a bit of the masala powders to balance the taste do that, and let it cook for a little bit
My curry did not have a thick consistency
If you want it thick, just mash a bit of the chick peas and it should thicken up
Serve hot with some rotis or rice
Now wasn't that simple for a quick dinner menu during a busy work week :)
