Step:

  1. Take pan and heat oil on medium

  2. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves

  3. When it sizzles, add chopped spring onion and pinch of salt

  4. Cover the pan and cook it for 5 minutes or till onions are soft, stir occasionally Note: In case onion is sticking to the pan, sprinkle water a bit and then cover it with the lid

  5. Cut boiled potato in to big pieces and add it to pan

  6. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, mix it well

  7. Cook it for 7-8 minutes on slow heat, stir occasionally

  8. Add garam masala, lemon juice, mix it well and cook it for a minute

  9. Sabji is ready now, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapatti/roti

  1. 2 potatoes medium sized boiled
  2. 2 spring onion Bunchs chopped
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon cumin Seeds
  4. 1/4 Teaspoon mustard seeds
  5. 3 curry leaves
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon chilli powder
  8. 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  9. To Taste salt
  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Garam masala
  11. 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  12. 1 Tablespoon coriander leaves (cilantro)
  13. 1 Teaspoon oil
