Step:

  1. Parboil rice and set aside.

  2. Steam diced gizzard, spice with salt, pepper, onion, bouillion and a dash of oregano, drain and set aside.

  3. Heat up cooking pot, pour in vegetable oil, fry gizzard till its dried up, remove and drain with a paper towel and set aside.

  4. Add the sliced onions stir for 1-2 minutes then add pepper, chopped carrot and green beans, green and red bell pepper, bouillion cube, salt, curry powder and oregano, stir in the fried gizzard and stir continously for 2 mins and taste.

  5. Add rice, stir, cover your pot and cook for 5 to 8mins, once rice is tender and water has dried out, turn off heat and serve

  1. 4 cups basmati rice
  2. 1/2 cup Green Pea diced
  3. 1 Green bell pepper diced
  4. 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  5. 1/2 kilo gizzard diced
  6. 5 habanero Pepper diced
  7. 1 red bell pepper diced
  8. 1 tbs Curry Powder
  9. 1/2 cup sweetcorn
  10. 5 medium sized carrots diced
  11. 2 bulb onions diced
  12. 3 bouillion cubes
  13. 1 tsp oregano
  14. Salt (to taste)
