Step:

  1. Preheat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a wok, skillet or large saute pan to high, and saute the onion, celery and carrot for a minute or 2 or just until the onions start to turn translucent.

  2. Add in the garlic, give everything a good toss, and let the garlic cook for 10 to 20 seconds.

  3. Add in another Tablespoon of oil, the noodles, and the oyster sauce, in that order, and give everything a good and thorough toss to ensure all the noodles and veg are evenly and thoroughly seasoned. That's it!

  4. Enjoy. :)

Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces spaghetti, boiled just past al dente in salted water
  2. 2 Tablespoons oil
  3. 1/2 a medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips vertically
  4. 2 large stems celery, cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces
  5. 1 large carrot, cut into 1/8-inch thick pieces (I like to slice them on the bias.)
  6. 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
  7. 1 Tablespoon minced garlic (about 2 large cloves)
