  1. In a pan cook the beef, chicken, or turkey, onion, and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off at

  2. Transfer the mixture to a 4 quart crockpot. Stir in cumin, coriander and salsa

  3. Cover and cook on low heat setting the 3 to 4 hours or on high heat setting for one and a half to 2 hours to heated through

  4. Stir in cheese. Cover; cook on high heat setting for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts

  5. Served with chips.

  6. The dip must be kept warm in the crockpot up to 2 hours on low heat

  1. 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef or ground raw chicken or turkey
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. To close garlic minced
  4. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  5. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  6. 1 (12 ounce) jar chunky salsa
  7. 116 ounce package cheese spread with jalapeno peppers, shredded
  8. Tortilla or corn chips
