Step:

  1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry

  2. Cut off and discard the wing tips, cut each wing at joint to make two sections

  3. Place the chicken and an unheated rack of a broiler pan.

  4. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is browned - turn once

  5. Transfer chicken to a 4 quart crockpot

  6. For the sauce, combined barbecue sauce, honey, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the chicken wings

  7. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 4 to 5 hours on high heat setting the 2 to 2 1/2 hours

  2. 1 1/2 cups bottled barbecue sauce
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce
