Mashed sweet potatoes

Peel potatoes, cut in halfs, add to boiling water for 20 minutes

Melt butter in milk, in a sauce pan, add drained potatoes, and mash/mix.

Optional--Pour into a baking dish, top with marshmallows/pecans, preheat oven to 350, place pan in oven during preheat.

Marshmallows should be melted by the time preheat is finished
