Step:

  1. Toast the bread and lightly butter. Set aside

  2. Chop the garlic, green capsicum and spring onion whites fine

  3. In a pan heat butter and add chopped garlic, spring onion white and stir for 1 min. Add chopped green capsicum and stir for 1 min

  4. Add oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, baked beans and salt. Stir for 2-3 mins but stir occasionally. Add spring onion Green and stir for 1 min. Set aside

  5. Plate and grate the processed cheese on top. Enjoy hot

Ingredients

  1. 2 brown bread slices
  2. 2 Tbsp butter
  3. 1/4 cup green capsicum chopped fine
  4. 1/4 cup spring onion white chopped fine
  5. 1-2 garlic cloves chopped fine
  6. 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. 4 tsp spring onion greens chopped fine
  9. 3 Tbsp baked beans (mine was homemade)
  10. 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. 2 Tbsp grated cheese
  12. to taste Salt
