Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in bowl

  3. Add in milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla

  4. Carefully add boiling water, mixing thoroughly. It will seem a little watery, but I promise it is perfect.

  5. Pour into two 9in circular cake pans, and cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let cool for 15 minutes, remove from pan, and let cool completely. Then frost and enjoy!

  3. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  9. 2 eggs
  10. 2 tsp vanilla
  11. 1 cup boiling water
